Ulansky
Vladimir Vasilyevich

Full Professor,
Dr.Sc.,
Ph.D (Engineering)

Ïðîôåñîð êàôåäðè

Born: February 11, 1952

He graduated with highest honors from the Kiev Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers (KICAE) in 1975 with a master’s degree in “aviation radio equipment maintenance”.

From 1975 to 1984, he worked as an engineer, a research assistant and a senior fellow in the research sector at the KICAE. He received his Ph.D in “technical cybernetics” from the Kiev Polytechnic Institute. From 1984 to 1990, he worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Aeronautical Communications at the KICAE. He received his D.Sc in “aircraft radio electronic equipment maintenance” from the KICAE in 1989. From 1990 to 1995, he was a professor in the Department of Radio Electronics at the Kiev International University of Civil Aviation. From 1995 to 2011, he worked as an assistant professor in the Aeronautical Engineering Department, and then as an associate professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (DEEE) at the University of Al Fateh (Tripoli, Libya). In 2010, by the results of Internet voting he was rated as the best professor in the DEEE since its inception in 1962. Since 2011, he has been a professor in the Department of Radio Electronics at the National Aviation University.

Research interests: microwave electronics, diagnostics and maintenance of avionics systems.

Direction of teaching work: computer-aided design of digital and analog CMOS integrated circuits, digital instrumentation, and analog electronics.
